imw MOTION SECONDED AND FAILED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Johnson <br />and failed by the following roll call vote to include $30,000 in the budget for <br />the Town Handbook Project. <br />AYES: Mayor Johnson and Councilmember Tryon <br />NOES: Mayor Pro Tem Dauber and Councilmembers Hubbard and <br />Siegel <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Tryon <br />and failed by the following roll call vote to delete the $12,000 presently shown <br />in the budget for the Town Handbook Project. <br />AYES: Councilmembers Siegel and Tryon <br />NOES: Mayor Johnson and Councilmembers Dauber and Hubbard <br />No action was taken on Dauber's recommendation that the Town Handbook <br />and Design Guidelines Projects be considered as one project. It was agreed <br />that both projects would remain in the budget at this time and would be <br />discussed at a later date. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Dauber <br />and passed unanimously to reduce the Insurance Budget to $35,300 (a $20,000 <br />reduction for equity distribution). <br />5.
