Planning Commissioner Takamoto commented on the siting of the Lohr house in response to Council inquiries about a two-story house on this lot. The Commission had believed that if the house was moved forward on the lot, the house would have more of a visual impact. He also referred to the nature of the topography. Concerning the Carrie application, Council stated that the conditions of approval should state that the project is at the maximum allowed development levels and should also include street dedication conditions. Staff noted that these conditions were part of the Commission's approval of the application and would be included. 4.
