•, _ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 44-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING A REVISED <br /> CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the "Personnel Rules and Regulations" of the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills dated July 1, 1977 it is required that there be prepared <br /> and adopted a classification plan setting forth each class of authorized <br /> positions, together with a description for each class; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 4, 1984 the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 23-84 adopting a Classification Plan for Town Employees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt a new Classification Plan to <br /> reflect changes made in position titles and to include new positions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted to the City <br /> Council a revised Classification Plan which has been reviewed and considered <br /> by the City Council, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED that the <br /> revised Classification Plan prepared pursuant to the Personnel Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Town of Los Altos Hills by the City Manager complies with <br />
