RESOLUTION NO. 47-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br /> HILLS APPROVING THE BULLIS SCHOOL PEDESTRIAN PATH PROJECT, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND SUBMISSION OF A CLAIM FOR <br /> FUNDS THEREFOR UNDER THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered a project commonly known <br /> as the "Bullis School Pedestrian Path" to consist of the upgrading of a native <br /> earth walkway to cement treated base between Manuella Road and Seven <br /> acres Lane; and <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the Project described above was assigned a <br /> priority for the 1988-89 Program Year in the three-year, priority list of <br /> pedestrian and bicycle facility projects for Transportation Development Act <br /> funds in Santa Clara County adopted by the Board of Supervisors; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the Project described <br /> above and to authorize the submittal of a claim for payment of Two Thousand <br /> Dollars ($2,000) to be paid against funds available under Article 3 of the <br /> Transportation Development Act. (Public Utilities Code Section 99,200, et. <br /> seq.), <br /> NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby approve the "Bullis School Pedestrian <br /> Path" project as described above. <br /> 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall submit to the County of Santa <br /> • Clara, Transportation Agency, a Claim in the amount of Two thousand Dollars <br />
