410 <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 62-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR <br /> SANTA CLARA COUNTY COMBINING THE NORTH AND CENTRAL <br /> SUBREGIONS, RENAMING THE SOUTHWEST REGION, PROVIDING <br /> CONTINUED ACCESS TO GUADALUPE MINES LANDFILL, AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR ANNUAL REPORTING REGARDING WASTE <br /> REDUCTION TO ACHIEVE 25% GOAL BY 1995 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously concurred in the principles <br /> and objectives of the Solid Waste Management Plan for Santa Clara County; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Intergovernmental Council has <br /> requested that this City consider amending the Plan to include therein the <br /> provisions of this Amendment in the Solid Waste Management Plan for Santa <br /> Clara County; <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara has <br /> heretofore adopted a Negative Declaration under the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA) in connection with said proposed Revision and approved <br /> the Amendment. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br /> finds and determines as follows: <br /> 1.
