• , <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS ORDERING THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN WORK <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council did this day approve and adopt plans and <br /> specifications for certain work in the Town of Los:Altos Hills (herein called <br /> the "TOWN"), to wit: <br /> PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ROAD IMPROVEMENTS; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code <br /> of the State of California, the TOWN has obtained the prevailing rates of per <br /> diem wages and for holiday and overtime work for public work to be <br /> performed in the, TOWN from the Director of the Department of Industrial <br /> Relations, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the performance of such <br /> work and said City Council hereby orders that the work and improvement, as <br /> set forth and described in said plans and specifications, be done and made. <br /> Said City Council does further order that all said work and improvement will <br />
