RESOLUTION NO. 73-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE <br /> PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, in open <br /> session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to it for the Pavement <br /> Management Road Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council rejected all of said bids except that bid next <br /> hereinafter mentioned, and said City Council awarded the said contract to the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, to wit: <br /> El Camino Paving, Inc., a Corporation <br /> at the price named in their bid, to wit: <br /> Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred <br /> Seventeen Dollars and Five cents ($248,717.05) <br /> II <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> the contract so awarded to the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest her signature <br /> thereto. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 3rd day of August, 1988. <br /> BT � <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY CL 'h <br /> 72988 <br />
