• 411, <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING pRO AND AUTHORIZING EXECUrION <br /> OF ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND FRANK GILLIO <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and <br /> considered that certain Addendum to Agreement between the TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS and FRANK GILLIO, establishing the amounts to be paid for his <br /> retainer as City Attorney, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of an <br /> Addendum to Agreement described above, and the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> hereby approves the hereinabove described Addendum to Agreement to <br /> become effective on July 1, 1988. <br /> 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is <br /> authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and <br /> attest the above-described Addendum to Agreement. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 3rd day of August, 1988. <br /> BY <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLE <br /> 72588 <br />
