- - • <br /> a,: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 119-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTED POLICY OF THE SANTA <br /> CLARA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> CONCERNING ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> APPLICABLE TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, AS MODIFIED <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered the Policy <br /> Regarding Life Extending Construction concerning the repair or <br /> improvement of an on-site disposal system in conjucntion with <br /> life-extending residential building construction, and which was adopted by <br /> the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health effective as of <br /> March 1, 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public health, <br /> safety and welfare require the adoption of the Policy described above, with <br /> certain modification thereto, namely, (1) that connection to sanitary sewage <br /> comply with Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Sec 6-4.102 and (2) conditions <br /> applicable to a "minor expansion" also shall be made applicable to a "major <br /> expansion," <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as <br /> follows: <br />
