Edwina Comiso reported that she had attended a CDBG Meeting and a flyer had <br /> been prepared for distribution from Town Hall and for the upcoming newsletter. <br /> She noted that this was a housing rehabilitation program with low interest loans <br /> and to date four applications had been received from residents with three approved <br /> and one pending. These loans were in the $30-35,000 range and the Town had been <br /> granted a total of $150,000. Concerning membership on the committee, Mrs. Comiso <br /> noted that there were two other Planning Commissioners from other cities. <br /> 3. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT <br /> Planning Commissioner Comiso reported that the public hearings scheduled for the <br /> February 13, 1991 Planning Commission Meeting had been cancelled. <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Items Removed: 4.1 (Tryon) and 4.2 (Casey). Staff requested that item 4.3 be deleted <br /> as the tree had been removed by the owner. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Siegel and <br /> passed unanimously to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar, specifically: <br /> 410, 4.4 Granted Encroachment Permit, Lands of Owen Companies, <br /> 13975 La Paloma Road <br /> Items Removed: <br /> 4.1 Approval of Minutes: February 6, 1991 <br /> Tryon asked that the minutes be discussed at the end of the meeting. Council <br /> concurred with this request. <br /> 4.2 Approval of Warrants: $54563.37 (2/1/91) <br /> $69,598.50 (2/15/91) <br /> Casey inquired about the charge for Records Systems Associates and was advised this <br /> was the Town's records management program. A status report would be provided <br /> for the Council's information. Hubbard inquired about the bill for General Services <br /> Agency and was advised this was for emergency communications. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Casey, seconded by Siegel and <br /> passed unanimously to approve the warrants for 2/1/91 $54,563.37 and for 2/15/91 <br /> $69,598.50. <br /> February 20, 1991 <br /> 3 <br />
