Johnson commented that Barrie Freeman went on the walk around as an equestrian <br /> and Casey went on it as a pedestrian. He noted that it was a question of an allocation <br /> of funds and commented that if a tree fell down on a path it should be removed but <br /> if it fell off a path then it should be left alone.
