CALL TO ORDER,ROLL CALL, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Mayor Siegel called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br /> order at 5:40 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Mayor Siegel and Councilmembers Casey, Hubbard, Johnson <br /> and Tryon. <br /> Absent: None <br /> Staff: City Manager Les Jones, II; Director of Public Works Bill Ekern; <br /> Financial Consultant Janice Bohman; City Treasurer Louise <br /> Parmett and City Clerk Pat Dowd <br /> Press: None <br /> 2. DISCUSSION ON PROPOSED PHASE III OF LANDS OF MCCULLOCH <br /> This item was continued at the request of the applicant. <br /> 3. CONTINUED STUDY SESSION: 1991-92 PROPOSED TOWN BUDGET <br /> Council discussed the proposed capital improvement budget. <br /> Council approved the following projects as proposed: Elena Road Pathway, <br /> Taaffe Road Reconstruction, Pavement Management Road Repairs, Storm <br /> Drainage Master Plan Improvements, Records Management and Creek <br /> Dredging - Matadero and Adobe Creeks. <br /> Council deleted the following projects: Oak Tree Farm and Zoning/Site <br /> Development Ordinance Update. <br /> Council approved $60,000 for the Arastradero/Page Mill Town Entry project <br /> with the notation that when it went out to bid it would come back to Council <br /> for approval. <br /> June 19, 1991 <br /> Adjourned Regular Meeting <br /> 1 <br />
