APPOINTMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS <br /> 3 REPORT FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> Commissioner Jones referred to the Planning Commission Update of the April 25, 1990 <br /> meeting and noted that the Commission voted to recommend certification of the <br /> mitigated negative declaration for the proposed code amendments to allow trailer <br /> coaches as temporary residences during construction of a primary dwelling unit but did <br /> not make a recommendation on adoption of the proposed amendments. One of the <br /> major concerns raised by the Commission was the issue of enforcement concerning <br /> who would actually be living in the trailers and the length of time involved. This <br /> issue was scheduled to be heard by the Council at their meeting on May 16th. <br /> Regarding the issue of possible recycling sites, the first choice by the majority of <br /> Commissioners was Westwind Barn, with Foothill College the second choice. <br /> Commissioner Jones also commented that he wished the oral report given by staff on <br /> the clarification of worksheet submittal requirements for Site Development projects <br /> had been in writing as he was not sure they had made the right decision in enforcing <br /> the policy that both worksheets should be required for additions, modifications and <br /> trades of floor or development area. <br /> 4 CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Items Removed: <br /> 4.1 2/21/90 minutes (Casey); 4.5 (Siegel) and 4.9 (van Tamelen) -- It was also noted that <br /> the minutes of the April 18, 1990 regular meeting were not in the packet and would be <br /> on the next agenda for approval. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Tryon and <br /> passed unanimously to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar, specifically: <br /> 4.1 Approval of Minutes: April 18, 1990 (Adjourned Regular Meeting) <br /> 4.2 Approval of Warrants: $36,759.25 (April 20, 1990) <br /> 4.3 Monthly Financial Report: March, 1990 <br /> L <br /> May 2, 1990 <br /> 2 <br />
