RESOLUTION NO. 4-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS DESIGNATING A PORTION OF <br /> "MATADERO CREEK LANE" AS A NO PARKING AREA <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , <br /> County of Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills is <br /> authorized by Section 4-3. 1004 (d) of the Los Altos Hills Municipal <br /> Code to designate no parking areas on described streets indicated <br /> by appropriate signs, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows : <br /> 1. No operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand, park, or <br /> leave standing such vehicle at any time upon that portion of the <br /> westerly side of Matadero Creek Lane commencing at a point three <br /> hundred (300) feet north of the intersection of Matadero Creek <br /> Court and Matadero Creek Lane and extending to a point six hundred <br /> (600) feet north of the intersection of Matadero Creek Court and <br /> Matadero Creek Lane. <br /> 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall cause to be posted appro- <br /> priate signs giving notice of the prohibition against parking on <br /> the above-described portion of Matadero Creek Lane. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of January, 1987. <br /> BY <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> `" CITY CLERK <br />
