• JEW,41,. 9194500 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS I 26379 FREMONT ROAD I RESTILUTON NO. 13-87 _ LOS ALTOB SHLLSI 4 5/941-222 NIA 94022 h Q ( 1 PAGE 2 O g 3 • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING QI_IITCLAIM DEED CONCERNING TRACT 6400 "COUNTRY WAY," AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF RESOLVED, by the City Council of the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that Town Altos approved on August 23, 1976, the To,fn of Los Hills approved the Final Subdivision Map for Tract No. 6400 and accepted on behalf of the public any streets, roadways, ways, or easements offered for dedication and delineated on the Map, and as set forth in the "Owner's Certificate" appearing on the Map, and caused the Final Subdivision Map to be recorded on October 6, 1976; and WHEREAS, although it was the intention of the Subdivider, Westwind Development, Inc. and A. R. Woolworth, and the Town of Los Altos Hills that there be dedicated to and accepted by the Town both Parcel "A" appearing on the Final Map and the portion of the property shown on the Final Map designated as "Street VW To Be Offered For Dedication", respectively, as of August 23, 1976, for reasons which do not appear and through inadvertance the "Owner's Certificate" appearing on the Final Map failed to include their dedication; and WHEREAS, WESTWIND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a corporation, and A. R. Woolworth, an individual, have delivered to the Town of Los Altos Hills a form of Quitclaim Deed marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated into and made a part hereof, by reference and wherein the above-named parties release and Quitclaim to the Town all of their rights, title and interest in and to those parcels of real property, referred to above and ;which are more particularly descrived in the Quitclaim Deed and which, by its terms, purports to be effective retroactively to August 23, 1976,
