CONSENT CALENDAR: (continued) : <br /> Tryon inquired about the off-street parking reference and was advised <br /> by the Director of Public Works that the proposed ordinance would <br /> include a requirement for off-street parking for secondary dwellings . <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Johnson and <br /> passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #85-89 setting the time and <br /> place of hearing on proposed changes and amendments to the text of <br /> Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code entitled <br /> 'Zoning Law of the Town of Los Altos Hills ' and concerning adoption of <br /> a proposed negative declaration. <br /> 2. Resolution # approving final subdivision map and approving and <br /> authorizing execution of subdivision agreement for Tract No. 7975 <br /> (Altamont Road - Lands of Zappettini) <br /> van Tamelen inquired about the lift station for the sanitary sewer <br /> system and was advised by the Director of Public Works that in his <br /> opinion this requirement would not be a problem. Tryon commented on <br /> the pillars which were to remain on the property and noted her <br /> concerns about their impact on sight distance. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Johnson <br /> and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #86-89 approving final <br /> lir subdivision map and approving and authorizing execution of subdivision <br /> agreement for Tract No. 7975 (Altamont Road - Lands of Zappettini) <br /> 3. Resolution # approving and authorizing execution of subdivision <br /> agreement for Lands of Frampton (Tod Properties - Magdalena Road) <br /> Council discussed the proposed name of Kelsey Court and inquired <br /> whether any discussions had taken place with the Town Historian on <br /> names with historical significance. <br /> Bill Kull , applicant's engineer, noted that he believed his clients <br /> would be disappointed if this project were delayed. He commented that <br /> discussions had taken place with the Fire Department on certain names <br /> but the name of Kelsey Court had been retained. Mr. Kull did suggest <br /> that if there were questions at this time, only the recording of the <br /> map be delayed not the approval . <br /> Council further discussed the issue of the naming of the road. They <br /> requested the Director of Public Works to work with the Town Historian <br /> on suggestions of names with historical significance and to obtain the <br /> concurrence of the Fire Department. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Johnson and <br /> passed unanimously to continue the resolution approving and <br /> authorizing execution of subdivision agreement for Lands of Frampton <br /> otar to the next Council Meeting. <br /> 4- 7/5/89 <br />
