10.4 Public Works Director <br /> 10.4.1 Report on Construction on Wright Way - Lands of Ghafouri <br /> and Woo <br /> The Director of Public Works referred to his staff report dated 10/18/89 which <br /> addressed the construction at both 13203 and 13206 Wright Way. He reported that to <br /> the best of staff's knowledge, the work that was taking place on both of these <br /> properties, particularly in reference to conservation easements and geotechnical safety <br /> was in conformance with the permits issued by the Town. Council asked that a copy of <br /> this report be sent to Mrs. Ginzton who had raised the issue at an earlier Council <br /> meeting. <br /> 10.5 Planning Director <br /> 11. COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br /> 11.1 InterCity Consolidation Committee -- Appointment of Council <br /> Representative to Santa Clara County Cities Association <br /> (Councilmember Tryon) <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To continue this item pending further information and <br /> final approval of the formation and by-laws of the InterCity Consolidation Committee. <br /> 11.2 Reaffirmation of Council Policy Regarding the Naming of Subdivision <br /> Streets (Councilmember Tryon) <br /> Tryon mentioned that in the past historical names had been used for streets in <br /> proposed subdivisions. Recently it had appeared that this policy was not being <br /> followed as shown in the Lands of Frampton and the Lands of Finn. <br /> Rosemary Meyerott, Town Historian, noted that it was part of her job description to <br /> provide historical names for proposed streets in subdivisions. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Tryon and <br /> passed unanimously to reaffirm the Council's policy of using historical references for <br /> the naming of subdivision streets. <br /> kriv <br /> October 18, 1989 <br /> 14 <br />
