RESOLUTION NO. 70-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br /> HILLS ADOPTING THE PALO ALTO SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FINAL <br /> REPORT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE SANTA CLARA <br /> COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County <br /> of Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 4'210, adopted June 20, 1973, amends the Los <br /> Altos Hills Municipal Code by adding provisions for placement of sewer <br /> service charges on the City tax roll; and <br /> WHEREAS, the provisions set forth in said Ordinance outline specific <br /> requirements, including a parcel description and sewer charge report, <br /> publication of the Notice of Public Hearing in a local newspaper and a Public <br /> Hearing; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements have been fulfilled, including the Public <br /> Hearing held before the City Council on this date; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6-4.306 and Section 6-4.307 of the <br /> Municipal Code, at the time of the Public Hearing, the Council did hear and <br /> consider all comments from the Public; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a majority of separate parcel owners did not protest the <br /> intent or contents of the Report; and, <br />
