RESOLUTION NO. 80-6 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING ITS INTEN- <br /> TION TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE -TEXT OF CHAPTER <br /> 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING LAti^i OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" , <br /> AND SETTING TIME AIS?D PLACE OF HEARING THEREON <br /> WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has caused to be prepared an <br /> amendment to the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, to wit: To amend <br /> Subsection (b) of Section 9--5. 503 entitled "Walls and Fences , " <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : <br /> 1. The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to <br /> consider said proposed amendment to the Town Zoning Law described <br /> above, and does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 o 'clock p.m. , on <br /> Wednesday, December 10 , 1980 , in the Council Chambers , Town Hall, <br /> 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, . California, as the time and <br /> place for public hearing thereon as required by the Los Altos Hills <br /> Municipal Code and the Government Code of California. <br /> 2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered <br /> and directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be held by the <br /> Planning Commission to be made by posting in at least three (3) public <br /> places in the Town, not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the <br /> day of hearing, a Notice of Public Hearing. <br /> 3 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is further ordered <br /> and directed to give notice of said Public Hearing by first class mail <br /> to any person who has filed a written request therefor with the <br /> Planning Commission. <br />
