• 0 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 110-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING FEES OR <br /> CHARGES FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that: <br /> Whereas the data required by Section 54992 of the Government Code <br /> indicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> required to provide the services for which the fees or service charges are <br /> proposed to be increased or to be levied, and the revenue sources anticipated <br /> to provide the services, were made available to the Public at least ten (10) <br /> days prior to October 21, 1987, in the Office of the City Clerk, Town Hall, Los <br /> Altos Hills, California, for inspection by the Public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has given members of the public an <br /> opportunity to make oral or written presentations concerning the proposed <br /> fees or charges, and has considered the proposed fees or charges before it as <br /> required by Section 54992 of the Government Code, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City <br /> Council, that <br /> 1. Every person filing an application for any of the following items shall <br /> pay a non-refundable fee in the amount set opposite each item, to wit: <br /> ITEM FEE <br /> a. Private Sewage Disposal System $550 <br /> b. Repair/Reconstruction of Private <br /> Sewage Disposal System $225 <br /> c. Soil Percolation Test Holes <br /> (Every set of four or portion thereof) $200 <br />
