. ~ • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 121-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR GARBAGE <br /> COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, on April 20, 1977, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 1027 approving and authorizing execution of an Agreement between the City <br /> and Los Altos Garbage Company, and which contained an option to renew the <br /> Agreement for a further period of five (5) years, and Exhibit "A" entitled <br /> "Rate Schedule" attached to the Agreement contained the service rates then <br /> approved by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that the Rate Schedule may be <br /> amended by Resolution of the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 7, 1982, the Council adopted Resolution No. 1457 <br /> accepting the exercise by Los Altos Garbage Company of its option to renew <br /> the Agreement for a further period of five (5) years, commencing as of April <br /> 1, 1982 and approving and authorizing the .execution of an Addendum to the <br /> above-described Agreement, which also contains a further option to renew <br /> the Agreement for an additional period of five (5) years commencing on the <br /> 1st day of May, 1987 upon terms then satisfactory to both parties; and <br />
