' Ite <br /> •f. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 127-87 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING APPLICATION FOR URBAN STREAM <br /> RESTORATION GRANT, AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills,County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of.California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein called the "TOWN") <br /> desires to apply for a grant of money from the State of California in <br /> connection with its Streams Restoration Program in order to restore Town <br /> streams; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to apply for these funds it is necessary for a Grant <br /> Application to be approved, and its execution authorized; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that <br /> Stream Restoration Program Grant Application, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: <br /> 1. Public interest .and convenience require the submission of a Grant <br /> Application to the California Department of Water Resources, and the City <br /> Council of the Town hereby approves the Grant Application described above. <br /> 2. The Mayor and City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be; and they <br /> and each of them hereby is 'authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, <br /> respectively, to execute and 'attest the Grant Application, and the City Clerk is <br /> authorized and directed forthwith to submit the Grant Application to the <br /> California Department of Water Resources. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of December , 1987. <br /> <br /> BYc_ <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CITY CL <br /> 111887 <br />
