ITEM REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR: (continued) : <br /> Dronkert thanked the Mayor for removing this item from the Consent <br /> Calendar in her absence. Dronkert noted that she had been the Council <br /> representative at the Planning Commission meeting when this matter had <br /> been discussed and it was not an ordinary variance. The property had <br /> several structures on it, some not conforming and some in the set- <br /> backs. PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> 1 . LANDS OF BELLUCCI , FILE CUP #3-86 , 26220 Moody Road, conditional <br /> use permit for operation of a non-profit recreation facility on the <br /> Adobe Creek Lodge Property, 1 , 750 family licensee members <br /> This application was withdrawn by Mr .
