OLD BUSINESS: Item 1 (continued) : <br /> Mrs. Betsy Bertram, 11854 Page Mill Road, apologized to the Council <br /> for the confusion in their method of filing various complaints against <br /> their neighbor. When the complaint was filed they were under great <br /> stress as their goat had been shot with a bow and arrow by their <br /> neighbor. Mrs . Bertram further commented that they had moved to the <br /> Town because of the rural setting and they did not think that the <br /> barbed wire fence was appropriate. <br /> Staff confirmed that the barbed wire fence was not in violation of the <br /> Town ' s ordinances and the City Manager noted that he would follow up <br /> on the others items listed in the nuisance complaint and would work <br /> with the Bertrams toward their resolution. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Siegel <br /> and passed unanimously to concur with the staff finding that the <br /> barbed wire fence at 11800 Page Mill Road does not constitute a public <br /> nuisance. <br /> 2 . Monthly Financial Report dated August 5, 1987 <br /> a) Request for Council approval of an increase in appropria- <br /> tions totalling $88, 440. 000 in order to close the books <br /> L for fiscal year 1986-87 <br /> ` MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by Dronkert and <br /> passed unanimously to approve an increase in appropriations totalling <br /> $88 ,440 .000 in order to close the books for fiscal year 1986-87, as <br /> detailed in the August 5, 1987 Financial Report (on file at Town <br /> Hall) . <br /> b) Financial Information pertaining to fiscal years 1986-87 <br /> and 1987-88 <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel , seconded by Dronkert and <br /> passed unanimously to exclude the $30 , 000 for City Hall Parking Lot <br /> (General Fund 707) as a carry over item and to establish a separate <br /> budget for this project as a result of the widened scope of the Town <br /> Hall Project. <br /> G. NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1.
