Actions of the Planning Commission: approved the following: <br /> a) Lands of Elvin/Alepin, Lot Line Adjustment, File PM #3-87, <br /> 11910 and 11920 Rhus Ridge Road <br /> b) Lands of Town of Los Altos Hills , File VAR #23-87, 27400 <br /> Purissima Road, variance request for six foot chain link <br /> fence on reference line side of Purissima Road <br /> c) Lands of Lo, File CUP #4-87 , 12020 Green Hills Court, <br /> Conditional Use Permit for secondary dwelling unit (cabana) <br /> Item Removed: <br /> 4. d) Lands of Mo, File VAR #17-87, 2121 Old Page Mill Road <br /> (Linda Lane) , variance request for major second story <br /> addition to encroach into declining height envelope, denied <br /> by Planning Commission <br /> van Tamelen questioned the procedure whereby Council was being asked <br /> for concurrence with a denial by the Planning Commission when in fact <br /> the appeal time had not yet been exhausted. The City Attorney <br /> responded that actually denials by the Planning Commission should not <br /> go to the Council . <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To request that denials by the Planning <br /> Commission remain on the Council agenda but that they are delayed a <br /> week to allow for the appeal process to take place. <br /> No action was required regarding the Lands of Mo, File VAR #17-87. <br /> D.
