PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Pat Housden, San Jose, addressed the Council regarding the zip <br />x code issue. She stated it was the right of all people to have <br />S+ their own zip code. In her opinion the Post Office left a lot to <br />be desired and she presented Council with examples of undelivered <br />mail. Ms. Housden asked the City Attorney to file suit #11 <br />against the United States mail in San Jose. Council referred the <br />materials to the City Attorney for his reference. <br />■ <br />
