APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Council noted that two applications had been received for the two <br />vacancies on the Planning Commission: Leda Patmore, member of the <br />Environmental Design and Protection Committee and Mary Stutz, <br />member of the Pathways Committee. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Dronkert <br />and passed unanimously to appoint Leda Patmore and Mary Stutz to <br />the Planning Commission, each for four year terms. <br />At this point in the meeting, Siegel introduced a friend of his, <br />John Shaw, who was visiting from England. Mr. Shaw, who is a mem- <br />ber of the District Council of his hometown in England, expressed <br />greetings from England to the Council. <br />D. Eastwick and Sandra L. <br />Eastwick, 25231 LaRena <br />b) Resolution #160-86 approving and authorizing execution <br />of an agreement between the City of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills and Harris and Associates, Inc., con- <br />cerning paving contract <br />e) Resolution #161-86 establishing rates of charges to be <br />made in connection with applications for annexation or <br />for prezoning of property <br />4. Actions of the Planning Commission: approved the following: <br />a) LANDS OF SCHROEDER, FILE VAR 010-86, 26991 Taaffe Road <br />to encroach into the declining height envelope; to <br />exceed the maximum height allowed; to encroach into <br />the side setback; and to exceed the maximum develop- <br />ment area for an addition. <br />-2- <br />
