CITY ODUNCIL MMUPFS - May 15, 1985 <br />I. NEW BUSINESS: (continued): <br />2. San Francisco Symphony - fundraising Elmet At Ford Country Day School <br />Molly Mocrory, San Francisco Symphony, presented Council with the hadujro nd on <br />e planned event o e S yto ld a Design House at Ford Country Day <br />School to benefit the Symphony. The dates for this Design House ware July 15 - <br />August 11, 1985 with possibly 100 cars a day. There would be no lurking on the <br />street as there was ample parking at Ford Country Day School. Should there be <br />an overflow, shuttle buses would be arranged for through Foothill College. <br />Rydell commented that he did not approve of discussing iters such as this that <br />came up at the last minute with no staff report, etc. Cmmcil concurred, however, <br />there was an urgency to the situation before then in that the Synj2hony needed to <br />proceed with plans, advertising, etc. <br />PASSED BY ODNSfNSUS: To concur with the SyWhony's scheduled Design House at <br />Ford Country Day School during the hours of 10:00 a.m, to 9:00 p.m. from July 15 - <br />August 11, 1985 as not inconsistent with the conditional use permit for ford <br />Country Day School and to initiate a full review of the Conditional Use Permit <br />for Ford Country Day School. <br />- - - Lib YiIY it • � C 1 1 • � I} II li 11 1 <br />i <br />4. Site Developrent Ordinance <br />Dronkert stated that the public hearing on the revised site development ordinance <br />would be scheduled at the first meeting in June. <br />5. Ordinances #292 and #295 <br />The City Manager reported that evaluations would need to be made on any proposals <br />to change the nexim n development area or height ordinances of the Town. <br />J. CLOSED SESSION - Personnel <br />The City Council then adjourned at 11:95 p.m. to Closed Session for Personnel and <br />reconvened at 1:35 a.m. <br />Council expressed its satisfaction with the performance of the City Manager and <br />its intention to again review his performance in September. <br />MMION SECOMED AND CAMUM; Moved by Fuhrman, seconded by Allison and passed <br />unanincusly to increase the salary of the City Manager by $2,500 retroactive to <br />February 13, 1985. <br />F;��1Y 'ffyl Ii111� 1i1 <br />` There being m further new or old business to discuss, the City Council adjourned <br />6r at 1:50 a.m. to an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 1985 at 5:00 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />-11- <br />Patricia Dowd, City Clerk <br />
