CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - May 15, 1985 <br />E. SPECIAL ORDERS: Item l.c) LANDS OF TALLY ED SUBDIVISION, FILE TM #6-84 (continued): <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by RyTdell, seconded by Fuh man arid passed <br />unanimmsly to approve the negative declaration for Lands of Tally Ho Subdivision, <br />File TM #6-84 <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Rydell and passed <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution #51-85 approving tentative subdivision map of <br />Tally Ho Subdivision with conditions of approval as reaxmerded by the Planning <br />Commission as Exhibit "A" to Resolution. <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Ryidell and passed <br />unanimously to grant a canditional exception to the requirement for providing <br />contours at five foot intervals, Section 9-4.506 (9) and to the *equirexent for <br />providing a map showing the probable maximmm subdivision within all parcels, <br />Section 9-4.506 (36). <br />d) LANDS OF WDOLNIDRTH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., 14170 Baleri Ranch <br />Road, request for a special land use permit to allow construction of <br />a new residence having a height in excess of fifteen feet <br />The Staff Planner referred to her report dated 5/9/85 which stated that the <br />Site Development Caanittee reoomended approval of a special land use permit <br />for a new residence at 14170 Baleri Ranch Road. <br />Mr. Al Woolworth, applicant, comented that he world be happy to answer any <br />questions the Council might have on the application before than. <br />M7TION SE00NUED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Fuhrma n and passed <br />by the following roll call vote to to approve a special land use permit for the <br />Lands of Woolworth Construction Company, Inc. for a new residence having a height <br />in excess of fifteen feet based on the project's conformance with the guidelines <br />for Ordinance #295. <br />AYES: Mayor Dronkert and Councilmnenbers Fuhrman, Rydell and van Tamelen <br />NOES: Councilmeaber Allison <br />Allison stated for the record that he did not think it was appropriate for the <br />Council to be presented with plans that wese*maccurate. *known to be (AMX D By <br />COUNCIL 6/5/85) <br />e) LANDS OF JACK TO=, Golden Hill Court, Tract No. 6527, lot #5, <br />request for a special lard use permit to allow construction of a <br />new residence having a height in excess of fifteen feet <br />The Staff Planner referred to hes 5/9/85 staff report which noted that the Site <br />Development Committee re=mia ded approval of a special land use permit for a new <br />residence at Lot #5, Golden Hill Court. <br />Mr. Jack Tuttle, applicantcommented that the proposed colors for the house were <br />white and brown; they were endeavoring to stay with the neutral colors. He also <br />stated that he was aware that with their proposed plans they were almost at full <br />development of the lot. <br />p. -m <br />
