Public Hearing; <br />a) Consideration of proposed use of Revenue Sharing Funds for 1983-84 fiscal <br />year <br />The City Manager reported that revenue sharing funds in the amount of $32,242 had <br />been allocated to the Town. <br />Mrs. Al� Wood, 12151 Stonebrook, addressed the Council on behalf of the Senior <br />40V -Cm—UFx��� est for support in the �t of $2,000. Mrs. <br />Wood comen ted that the Center provided a service to the Town. <br />�W <br />MOTION SECONDED AM CARRIED: Moved by Perkins, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />by the follo�ing roll call vote to appropriate $2,000 of revenue sharing funds <br />for the Senior Csnter. <br />AYES: Mayor van Tamelen and CouncilnEmbers Allison, Hillestad and Perkins <br />NOES: Councilmenber Proft <br />MOTION SEDONDED AND CARR=: Moved by Perkins, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanimously to appropriate $4,350 of revenue sharing funds for the Commmity Health <br />Abuse Counci I. <br />MDTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by van Tamelen and passed <br />unanimously to appropriate $10,000 of revenue sharing funds for conputer hardware <br />and $5,000 of revenue sharing funds for ccmputer software. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Perkins and passed <br />unanimous ly to appropriate $6,500 of revenue sharing funds for the Town Ring. <br />MOTION SECONDED AM CARRIED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanimous ly to appropriate the remaini ng revenue sharing funds ($4,392) for City <br />Manager recruitment fees. <br />-4- <br />
