CITY COUNCIL MINVrFS - April 17, 1984 <br />G. RE-0RC�ANIZATION OF COUNCIL: <br />i <br />1. Vacation of office of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore <br />M:YTION SECONDED AND CAFddEI: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Allison and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to vacate the office of Mayor and <br />Mayor Pro Tempers. <br />2. Flection of Mayor: <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dronkert, seconded by Fuhnman and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to nominate Allison as Mayor. <br />NOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dronkert, seconded by Fuhrnan and passel <br />unanimously by all members present to cast a white ballot vote electing Allison <br />as Mayor for a tern of one year. <br />3. Election of Mayor Pro TeTpore <br />MYTICN SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Puhrman, seconded by van Tamelen and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to nominate Dronkert as Mayor Pro Te non <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by F1,hnoan and <br />passed unanimously by all menbeis present to cast a white ballot vote electing <br />Dronkert as Mayor Pro Tecpore. <br />Mayor Allison presented van Tamelen with her gavel mounted on a plaque from the <br />Council and a silver tray from the residents of the Toon. Both of these <br />presentations were in donor of her achievements over the past year as Mayor. <br />van Tamelen expressed her thanks for the support she had received over the last <br />year during her term as Mayor. <br />H.
