EDrM AVENUE BRIDGE HEPJACEMENT (continued) : <br />�w MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Fuhrman, seconded by Dronkert and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to approve budget modification number one <br />to increase the present appropriation of $33,300 to $343,500 (including all <br />sources of project financing) . <br />MYrION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Fuhrman, seconded by Rydell and passed <br />unanimously to approve change order number one to the contract with Tim Hilleary <br />Construction for the amount of $908.42 added to the total amount of contract. <br />Mr. William Mellish, Caltrans, responded to questions from Council concerning <br />payments from the State. He noted that the Town would submit monthly billings <br />to the State and payments would be forthcoming as the project progressed. <br />3. Resolution # approving and authorizing execution of a second addendum <br />to agreement between the City of the Tom of Los Altos Hills, the City of <br />Ins Altos and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. <br />The Acting City Engineer recommended Council approve an additional $10,000 to fund <br />the Tow's share of the Edith Avenue Bridge Replacement Project. Both Los Altos <br />and the Santa Clara Valley Water District had already approved an increase in <br />their share of the costs by $10,000 each. The addendum to the agreement would <br />change each agencies' one-third share from $33,300 to $43,300. <br />MJTICN SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Fuhrn , seconded by Dronkert and passed <br />unanimously by all menbers present to adopt Resolution #87-84 approving and <br />authorizing execution of a second addendum to agreement between the City of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills, the City of Ins Altos and the Santa Clara Valley Water <br />District. <br />C. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Request to cover 'no parking' signs to provide for additional parking for <br />a wedding reception and requests to use Town Hall parking lot on a weekend <br />for additional parking for a wedding reception. <br />PASSED BY OJNSENSUS: To direct the City Manager to make the decisions on such <br />requests on an individual basis. <br />D.
