f� <br />r �w <br />11 <br />CITY ODLWIL MINUTES just 15, 1983 <br />B. pRCHITBCrUPAL REVIEW COMM =: MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION (continued): <br />It was agreed that the Architectural Review Crnmittee would review the plans <br />before then on lots 1,8,9,10,19 and 20. <br />1. Lot #1 <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Perkins, seconded by Proft and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to continue consideration of lot #1 until <br />it had been to Site Development and at that time return it to the Architectural <br />Review Camuttee. <br />NOTION SECONDED AND CAd=: Moved by Perkins, seconded by Proft and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to rescind the above motion concerning lot #1. <br />Mr Bhenre owner and Mr.Ron Barris, designer, addressed the Committee on the <br />matters of the placement of the hone, cut and fill and height limitation. Mr. <br />Walter Babbitt 27911 Via Ventana, noted that he would object to an elevation <br />on this property that was higher than that so stipulated in the CC&Rs. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Perkins and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to continue review of Lot #1 for report from <br />the Site Developnent Conmittee on grading, drainage, stepped foundation, fill <br />areas and profile against the hillside; application incomplete at this time <br />pending submission of landscape plans. <br />2. Lot #8 <br />MUTION SEcomm AND CARRIED: moved by Allison, seconded by Perkins and passed <br />uua unously by all menbers present to approve application for Lot #8 subject <br />to approval of exterior colors and noting that application is incomplete pending <br />submission of landscape plans. <br />3. Lot #9 <br />Frank Saul 27977 Via Ventana, requested clarification of the landscape beim <br />which he received from the Crty Engineer. Mr. Rick Bell owner of lot#8, <br />expressed concern about the exterior color of the house because of the size and <br />elevation. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Perkins, seconded by Allison and passed by <br />the following roll call vote to approve the application for Lot #9 subject to <br />approval of the exterior colors and noting that application is incanplete pending <br />submission of landscape plans. <br />AYES: Mayor van Tamelen and Councilmen ers Allison and Perkins <br />NOES: C ounncilmaober Proft <br />ABSENT: Counncilmember Billestad <br />4. Lot #10 <br />NOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Proft and passed by <br />the following roll call vote to approve the application for Lot #10 subject to <br />approval of exterior colors and noting that the application is incomplete pending <br />sdhmnission of landscape plans. <br />-2- <br />
