City Clerk: <br />a) Report on Initiative Petition <br />The City Clerk read the Initiative Petition to Enact a City Ordinanoeinto the <br />of these <br />record and also read the Certification dated 12/31/81. (Cop c <br />d=li ents are on file at Torn Hall.) <br />MOTION SEQ7DIDF9 AM CARRIED.
