CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - May 5, 1982 <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR (continued): <br />3. Actions of the Planning Commission: recommended granting of the following: <br />a) LANDS OF TRABUCCO, File VAR #1-82 <br />b) LANDS OF LALONDE, File VAR #2-82 <br />c) LANDS OF GEORGE, File VAR 93-82 <br />Allison questioned the height elevations for the Lands of Trabucco and the <br />placement of the solar equipment for the Lands of George. The City Engineer <br />explained the height elevation and the Assistant Planner noted that although <br />the equipment was present it was not operative. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, seconded by van Tamelen and <br />passed unanimously to approve the variance request for LANE OF TRABUC.'N, File <br />VAR #1-82. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanimously to approve the variance request for the LANDS OF IAIONDE, File VAR <br />#2-82. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, seconded by Proft and passed <br />by the following roll call vote to approve the variance request for the LANDS OF <br />GEORGE, File VAR #3-82. <br />AYES: Hillestad, Perkins and Proft <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: Allison and van Tamelen <br />4. Motion for Adoption: Motion setting May 19, 1982 as the Public Hearing date <br />for LANDS OF NATADER3 CREEK, File Tr. #7187, modification of Conditions of <br />Approval. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanineusly to change the public hearing date from May 19 to June 2, 1982. <br />5. Resolution for Adoption: <br />a) Resolution # approving and authorizing execution of an addendum <br />to agreement bet%oen the City of the Tonin of Los Altos Hills and <br />Traffic Signal Maintenance, Inc. <br />Allison requested additional background information on this item, for example <br />copy of agreement, etc. <br />MOTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Proft and passed <br />unanimously to continue consideration of Item 5.a) to the next Council meeting. <br />-3- <br />a <br />
