STAFF - RERDRTS, CDRRPSPONDENCE AMID AkWUNCEMENTS:(continued) <br />far Regarding item #7 of the report concerning negotiations for alternate sites for <br />sanitary landfill, Allison requested a copy of the tentative agreemnt and <br />additional background information prior to the next Council meeting. <br />Preliminary Budget: The City Manager noted that the preliminary budget should <br />be available by the end of the month. <br />Van Tamelen noted that the fence on Magdalena between 280 and Ravensbury was <br />badly broken and questioned whether it was the Town's responsibility. The City <br />Manger noted that he would look into the matter. <br />Westwind: van Tamelen questioned whether the caTiplaint Council had received <br />concerning a noise problem at Nk_stwin4 had been im:estigated. The City Manager <br />noted that Westwind was not violating any of the Town's codes and Allison noted <br />that he had spoken with Westwind aenibers and they were cooperating with the Tann. <br />The Mayor asked the City Manager to obtain a weekend schedule from Westwind of <br />their activities which included heavy equigmnt, etc. <br />Spangle - Proposal regarding site development regulations: 5/14/82 letter frau <br />Spangle noting that services for this project will not exceed a cost of $4,000 <br />and also outlining what services will be performed. <br />MDTION SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Allison and passed <br />unanimr,usly to direct the City Attorney to prepare a contract with William <br />Spangle for professional services regarding site development regulations for <br />Council approval at next Council meeting. <br />The City Manager referred to his 5/18/82 moo regarding storm damage on a section <br />of Page Mill Road between Alexis and Story Hill. He noted that this was the Town's <br />responsibility and the street department had been directed to begin the repair work. <br />E. SPECIAL ORDERS: <br />1. Public Hearings: <br />a) Request for Tentative Map Approval, Lands of Eshner, File TM #10-81 <br />(continued frau 5/5/82 Council meeting) <br />Proft expressed serious concerns that the maps before Council were not the <br />revised maps as approved by the Planning Ca ssion. <br />MDTION MADE AMID SEODMIDED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Perkins to continua <br />consideration of this item to the next meeting with the concurrence of the <br />applicant and with the correct revised map. <br />Al Woolworth, applicant, disagreed with continuing the item. In his opinion it <br />was a mi rnr change which would be reflected on the final map and the final map <br />would also go to Council for approval. <br />PASSED BY ODNSENSUS: To withdraw the motion made by Proft, seconded by Perkins to <br />continue consideration of this item to the next meeting with the concurrence of <br />the applicant and with the correct revised nap.
