CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - December 15, 1982 <br />E. CONSENT CALEDDAR (continued): <br />`_ 5. Resolutions for Adoption (continued): <br />b) Resolution #1507 designating an administrative entity to coordinate the <br />review and decision making, and to provide information concerning resi- <br />dential development permits <br />c) Resolution #1508 approving amendments to the Conditions of Approval, <br />Tract 7187, Matadero Creek Subdivision <br />2. Approval of Warrants: $84,896.86 <br />van Tamelen questioned warrant #8970 - $5,000 cash bond payment to Bas Hares, Inc. <br />A discussion followed concerning certain projects in Town which Bas Hares had not <br />completed and the terms under which the bond in question had been held. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by <br />d and passed n <br />unanimously to withhold payment of warrant #8970 pending review and <br />by the City Attorney. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by Hillestad and <br />passed ,ra+,;,musly to approve the warrants as amended: $79,896.86. <br />C. SPECIAL REPORTS: <br />1. Reports of Standing Committees: <br />a) Pathways Committee Report <br />Fran Stevenson, Chairman/Pathways Committee, presented a report to the C011ncil <br />which outlined questions regarding the future policy for the Town's pathways. In <br />part the committee asked what policies Council wanted to establish for future <br />acquisitions and maintenance. The committee emphasized the importance of clear <br />policy statements for the information of the new city manager. Council thanked <br />the committee for their report. <br />2. Reports of Ad Hoc Committees: none <br />3. Reports from the Planning Commission: none <br />4. Presentations from the Floor: <br />Frank Saul, 21977 Via Ventana, noted that there was a problem at Matadero Creek <br />lvrsiOn with drivers of four-wheel vehicles trespassing on the property. Mr. <br />Saul stated that the area should be better policed, more effective barriers should <br />be placed on the property and trespassers should be cited. <br />-2- <br />
