CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />Wednesday, December 22, 1982 <br />Cc.. Reel 140, Side I, Tract I, 000-200 <br />Mayor Perkins called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Mayor Perkins and Councilmembers Allison, Hillestad, <br />Proft and vanTamelen <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: Acting City Manager Marty Tarshes; Assistant City <br />Attorney William Hughes; City Engineer/Planner John A. <br />Carlson; Secretary Leslie Penfold <br />Press Florence Pallakoff, Los Altos Town Crier; Mary <br />Duenwald, Peninsula Times Tribune <br />The City Council then adjourned to a Closed Session for Litigation <br />at 4:00 p.m. and reconvened at 4:40 p.m. <br />B. MATTERS RELATED TO MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION: <br />Mr. Tarshes indicated to the City Council the 4 lots previously <br />sold (9, 10, 12 and 17)the owners have requested a change in <br />finanical arrangements, noting these lots were bought under the <br />bidding conditions. The owners propose to pay the balance in cash <br />at this time,provided a ten percent discount from the amount of <br />purchase price is approved by the City Council. The request is <br />in the best interest of the Town, Mr. Tarshes indicated, and seems <br />to be acceptable. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by <br />vanTamelen and passed unanimously that the City Council place <br />a policy that any of these people who have notes with Matadero <br />Creek Subdivision (Lots 9, 10, 12 and 17) as a condition of <br />reconveyance to be required to accept the Covenants, Conditions <br />and Restrictions as amended. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by <br />Proft and passed unanimously that Resolution 41511 be accepted <br />approving a discount and accepting tender of cash payment for <br />the adjusted balance of the purchase price of Lot #9, Tract <br />4 #7167, Matadero Creek Subdivision and authorizing execution <br />r and delivery of a reconveyance thereof. <br />
