CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />%W-26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING <br />Wednesday, December 28, 1982 <br />cc: Reel 140, Side I, Tract II, 000-200 <br />Mayor Perkins called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Mayor Perkins and Councilmembers Allison, Proft and <br />vanTamelen <br />Absent: Councilwoman Hillestad <br />Staff: Acting City Manager Marty Tarshes; City Engineer/Planner <br />John A. Carlson; Secretary Leslie Penfold <br />Press: Mary Duenwald, Peninsula Times Tribune; Martin Kaehler, <br />Los Altos Town Crier; Ed Herring, San Jose Mercury <br />B. MATTERS RELATED TO MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION: <br />E. Mr. Tarshes informed Council of the meeting between the Palo <br />Alto Unified School District and the Town on December 27, 1982, <br />for discussion of an extension of the agreement between the Town <br />and the PAUSD. Mr. Tarshes referred to an outline presented <br />to Council, "Proposed Note Extension Terms", noting the total <br />amount cash payment to be paid to the PAUSD is $1,236,060 (re- <br />conveyance payments included), with a remaining balance of <br />$1,594,310. Mr. Tarshes indicated for each remaining 12 lots, <br />at least 568 of the sale price shall be paid to PAUSD in order <br />to secure reconveyance. With regard to the meeting of December <br />27, 1982, Mr. Tarshes, noted the PAUSD suggested in addition to <br />the 56%, that a minimum Reconveyance of $-1-54@7-0&0*be paid, indi- <br />cating this would be no problem to the Town. Mr. Tarshes noted <br />a tentative agreement had been reached, since this cannot be <br />finally approved until after the new year, this agreement shall <br />be retroactive to January 1, 1983. The City Attorney and the <br />Attorney for PAUSD will draft a final agreement, which will be <br />reviewed by the PAUSD Board of Directors at their meeting of <br />Janaury 4, 1983. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Allison, seconded by Proft <br />and passed unanimously that the City Council is in agreement with <br />Mr. Tarshes' outline "Proposed Note Extension Terms", with <br />minimum reconveyance of S1-SQ,009� this shall be forwarded to the <br />City Attorney. <br />` *(hMENDED BY COUNCIL - 1/5/83 COUNCIL MEETING) <br />�r FIGURE SHOULD BE $100,000 <br />
