CITY CDUNCIL MINUTES - May 20, 1981 <br />` B. <br />�r <br />CONSENT CALEMAR (continued): <br />itan Rmoved: <br />4. Actions of the planning Coicdssion: recramended granting of the following: <br />a) LAMS OF BETZ, File SA #3-81 <br />Proft asked the City Engineer to explain the location of the new lot line and <br />the interrelationship between the access to Silins property and a future pathway. <br />MOTION SEOJNDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanimously by all members present to approve LANDS OF BETZ, File SA #3-81. <br />C. <br />SPECIAL REFORPS: <br />1. Reports of Standing Committees: <br />Fran Stevenson Chairman/Pathway Committee, addressed the Council and expressed <br />her appreciation to Robert Crowe, City Manager, and Dave Flores, Public Works <br />Superintendent, for their assistance in the construction of several bridges in <br />Tuan, namely, Byrne Preserve, Westwird Barn, O'Keefe, Damridge, Arastradero <br />and on Matadero Creek Trail. <br />2. Reports of Ad Hoc Committees: <br />Hillestad, Chairman of the 25th Anniversary Cannittee, reported on the Town <br />L <br />Parade and Family Fun Day scheduled for Saturday, May 30. Spaces were available <br />in the Parade and anyorne interested should contact Joseph Dochnahl. Also t -shirts <br />were soon going to be available caunenorating the anniversary and would be avail- <br />able at Town Hall. <br />3. Reports firm the Planning Commission: <br />Commissioner vanr melen reported that the Planning Cammission would soon be <br />suing to Council a new ordinance on development intensity. <br />4. Presentations from the Floor: <br />Carol Gottlieb 24290 Sumnerhi ll, requested Council's support of the Loyola PTA's <br />request for a continuation of the paved path along Magdalena from Summerhill to <br />the 280 underpass. Their request had been made to the County and they had stresses <br />the importance of this request in relationship to the safety Of their children. <br />PASSED By ODNSErUDS: To direct the Mayor to send a letter to the Board of Super- <br />visors in support of this request from Mrs. Cxttlieb on behalf of the Loyola PTA. <br />Nw -2 <br />
