CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - July 13, 1981 <br />F. MU 2AL ORDERS AND UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Item 1 (continued): <br />Mr. Al Woolworth applicant and Annette Bialson attorney, addressed the <br />Council explaining that the Bank of America, presently owned the property <br />as trustee for the Eshners. Westwird Development was attesting to purchase <br />the property contingent upon the Council allowing subdivision of the property. <br />Council discussed the reasons for the original covenant and what the results <br />would be of allowing this modification. It was agreed that the resolution <br />granting approval for the division of the Eshner property into additional <br />building sites should include the following: 1) not more than a total of nine <br />single family dwelling sites and 2) within one year from July 13, 1981 or upon <br />the recording of the final subdivision or parcel map, whichever shall first <br />occur, the sum of $200,000 shall be paid to be used toward the purchase of <br />appropriate open space elsewhere in the Tom. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, seconded by Perkins and passed <br />unanimously by all menbers present to adopt Resolution #1370 granting approval <br />for the division of the Eshner property into additional building sites. <br />G.
