CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - November 18, 1951 <br />C. SPECIAL REPORTS (continued): <br />Nr 4) Presentations from the Floor (continued): <br />Mayor Proft suggested that Mr. Young write a letter to the Council <br />Of his concerns and questions, so that they could do some research <br />and better answer his concerns. <br />D. STAFF - REPORTS, CORRESPONDENCE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />City Manager: <br />Mr. Crowe noted there was nothing further than what is indicated <br />in the City Manager's Report. <br />2. City Engineer: <br />nagement Program - Agreement for Services <br />a) Solid Waste Ma <br />Mr. Carlson noted that the City Attorney had reviewed the Agpeement <br />between the City of Sunnyvale and the JPA, and the approved Employment <br />Agreement finding both to be acceptable. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hillestad, seconded by Proft <br />and passed unanimously to approve the Agreement for Services between <br />the City of rthe Sunnyvale and <br />the <br />of North <br />heCounty <br />neral MSolid <br />Waste Joint Powers <br />Authority employment <br />�kr 3. Director of Public Safety: <br />a) Budget Report - continued <br />Perkins asked that staff prepare a status report of when the City Council <br />could expect the budget. <br />MOTION FAILED DUE TO LACK OF SECOND: McacReynoldsthe mber moved 9to lb9 inmeetinh <br />a motion on the floor made by <br />for consideration regarding the budget. <br />Council asked staff when a budget report would be available.
