STAFF - REPORT'S, CIORRESPONDENCE & ANNOUNCEMEIM
1. City Manager
a) Report on request for time extension, LANDS OF REISER, File PM #349 M 21
(continued from 12/5/79 meeting).
The City Manages reported that the basic requirement for the area was to keep it
as natural as possible. Therefore, there was no problem with Mr. Reiser's request
for deletion of certain required improvements or for a time extension to install
the subdivision improvements. The City Manages did caution, however, that when
the lots were later sold, the new owners may wonder why the improvements weren't
made.
( -2
