CITY COUNCIL DUNUTES - April 2, 1980 <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR - Items Removed (continued) <br />4w PASSED DY CONSENSUS: To remove Item B. 4b) to New Business. <br />C. SPECIAL REPORTS: <br />1. Reports of Standing Camattees: none <br />2. Reports of Ad Hoc Cmmittees; none <br />3. Reports from the Planning Ocnvassion: none <br />4. Presentations frcm the Floor: <br />Mrs. Patricia Larin, 12720 Dianne Drive, read a letter to the council explaining <br />the storm drainage easement problEms they were having. It was decided that <br />Staff would look at the site and determine if it was the Town's responsibility. <br />A report would be presented at the next Council meeting. <br />Mrs. Carico, Planning Cm�mission Representative, noted that many holding tanks <br />were being built in the Hills for diesel f�uel. She asked if any safety precau- <br />tions were being taken? The City Manaqer reported that permits were required and <br />they were put in under the supervision of the Fire Department. <br />Mrs. Marilyn Curtis, 12838 Concepcion, reported on the serious problems at her <br />home being caused by the creek. The staff has looked at this problem before <br />but it was agreed that they would not only look at the present problem but also <br />research the background of the problem and report at the next meeting. <br />1. City Manager <br />a) Report on Adobe Creek <br />The City Manager reported that he had received Preliminary information from the <br />firm of Harris, Kerr, Forster & 00. and that they hoped to have a draft report <br />for the next Council meeting. The questionaire to previous members will be sent <br />out in the near future. <br />The City Council then adjourned to Executive Session for Litigation at 8:35 p.m. <br />and reconvened at 9:55 p.m. <br />E. SPECIAL ORDERS <br />1. Public Hearing: <br />a) Ordinance #261 mending Section 9-5.303 of Chapter 5 of Title 9 of the <br />Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by providing for the prezoning of <br />certain property. (FIRST READING). <br />MOTION SECONDED AIZ CARRIED: �bved by Hillestad, seconded by Nystrom and passed <br />by the follnwing roll call vote to approve the Negative Declaration for pr�oning <br />of unincorporated areas: <br />AYES: Mayor McReynolds, Counci-lmenfl� Hillestad, Nystrom and Proft <br />PRESENT: Comcilman Perkins <br />-3- <br />
