CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - August 23, 1978 <br />D. SPECIAL ORDERS: (Continued) <br />3. Request for Final Map Approval, LANDS OF COUNTRY WAY, Tr. #6400. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Nystrom, seconded by Councilman Perkins <br />and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #1145 approving Final Subdivision Map and <br />approving and authorizing execution of Subdivision Agreement, LANDS OF COUNTRY WAY. <br />4. Request for Final Map Approval, SAN ANTONIO RANCHO UNIT NO. I. <br />The City Manager advised of the splitting of the Dawson property Into three units. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman McReynolds, seconded by Councilman <br />Perkins and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #1146 approving Final Subdivision Map <br />and approving and authorizing execution of Subdivision Agreement, Tr. #6314, SAN ANTONIO <br />RANCHO - UNIT NO. I. <br />5. Request for Final Map Approval, SAN ANTONIO RANCHO UNIT NO. 2. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman McReynolds, seconded by Councilman Nystrom <br />and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #1147 approving Final Subdivision Map and <br />approving and authorizing execution of Subdivision Agreement, Tr. #6461, SAN ANTONIO <br />RANCHO - UNIT NO. 2. <br />6. Request for Final Map Approval, SAN ANTONIO RANCHO UNIT NO. 3. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Proft, seconded by Councilman McReynolds <br />and passed unanimously to adopt Resolution #1148 approving Final Subdivision Map and <br />approving and authorizing execution of Subdivision Agreement, Tr. #6462, SAN ANTONIO <br />RANCHO - UNIT NO. 3. <br />Council adjourned at 5:00 PM, with continuation of the Public Hearing scheduled for later <br />In the evening. in order to provide continuity In the Minutes, Items will be listed as <br />they appeared on the Agenda rather than the order In which they were taken. <br />COUNCIL RE -CONVENED AT 7:49 PM. <br />7. Public Hearing: <br />Prior to the first Item of business, the City Attorney advised of a Resolution to be acted <br />upon in conjunction with the approval of the three Units of SAN ANTONIO RANCHO. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman Nystrom, seconded by Councilman Proft <br />and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #1149 accepting that certain Grant Deed and <br />directing that It be recorded and relating that the certain Deed executed by the property <br />owner be accepted subject to the property being used as Open Space for the preservation <br />of natural resources Including, but not limited to, areas required for the preservation of <br />plant and animal life, including habitat for fish and wildlife species, an area required <br />for ecologic and other scientific study purposes, river, and that the property also be an <br />Open Space area that would be available for Ingress and egress, but that its primary pur- <br />pose, the purpose for dedication, was for the use of the property as Open Space. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Councilman McReynolds, seconded by Councilman Proft <br />and passed unanimously to table the Resolution for Eminent Domain, Item 7. b) indefinitely. <br />Mr. Myers Attorney for the Land Owner/Adobe Creek Country Club, reiterated his objection <br />t to discussion on this Item not being made a part of the offlclal transcript. <br />\r' The City Attorney advised that the only portion the court reporter was being retained for <br />was for the hearings on the revocation of the Use Permit. <br />-3- <br />
