CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - June 1, 1976 <br />City Council - Account #1-400 (Cont'd): <br />Mayor. Cheney moved, seconded by Councilman Grabowski to remove the dues <br />for participation in the Bay Area Sewer Service Agency ($513) from <br />Account #1-400.21. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />City Manager - Account #1-401: <br />Councilman Brown moved, seconded by Councilwoman Hillestad to reduce the <br />proposed expenditure for Advertising and Publications by $100 for Account <br />#1-401.13. Motion carried by the following roll call vote: <br />AYE: Councilmen Brown, Proft, Councilwoman Hillestad, Mayor Cheney <br />NO: Councilman Grabowski <br />After Council discussion on Account #1-401.24, Travel and Meetings, it <br />was unanimously agreed that the City Manager should file a trip report on <br />any meetings attended out of the area. <br />Council also directed the City Manager to move the expenditures proposed in <br />Account #1-401.28, Other Expense to a newly -established Account #1-401.29 <br />entitled "Civil Disaster." <br />City Clerk - Account #1-402: <br />Council concurred with the expenditures proposed in Account #1-402. <br />City Treasurer - Account #1-403: <br />Councilman Proft moved, seconded by Councilwoman Hillestad to add an <br />additional $500 for the purpose of purchasing a fire -proof file (Account# 1- <br />403.86. Motion carried by the following roll call vote: <br />AYE: Councilmen Brown, Proft, Councilwoman Hillestad <br />NO: Mayor Cheney <br />ABSENT: Councilman Grabowski <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />City Attorney - Account #1-404: <br />Council concurred with the expenditures proposed in Account #1404. <br />C.
