CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING <br />Monday, June 14, 1976 <br />SESSION NOT TAPE RECORDED <br />Mayor Robert Cheney called the Adjourned Meeting of the City Council to order <br />at 9:45 A.M. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall: <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilwoman Hillestad, Councilman Proft, Mayor Cheney <br />Absent: Councilmen Brown, Grabowski <br />Staff: City Manager Robert Crowe <br />B. CURRENT BUSINESS: <br />The purpose of the Adjourned Meeting was to continue the Budget Study <br />Sessions on the proposed budget for FY 1976-77. <br />Street Department - Account #1-450: <br />Council concurred with the expenditures proposed for Account '1-450, <br />but directed the City Manager to develop and inventory of small tools. <br />Parks & Pathways, Account #1-460: <br />Council concurred with the expenditures proposed for Account 171-460. <br />Recreation - Account #1-461: <br />Council concensus was to discontinue the Recreation Program at the end <br />of Summer 1976, and to delete $2,500 from Account #1-461.27, Outside <br />Contracts. <br />Cultural - Account #1-462: <br />Council concensus was to delete $200 from Account #1-462.16, Special <br />Departmental Supplies, and to delete $100 from Account #1-462.17, <br />Vehicle Expense. <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET: <br />Council concensus was to delete the $5,000 budgeted for Town Entrance <br />Signs and Design from the Capital Improvements Budget. <br />Council also directed Staff to forward the Budget for Storm Drain Improve- <br />
