ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Grabowski, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, <br />Mayor Helgesson, Comm. Mueller for Env. Planning Commission. <br />Staff: City Manager Lawson, City Attorney Gillio, City Engineer Russell, <br />Deputy City Clerk Hislop <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Councilman Grabowski moved, seconded by Councilwoman Miller and <br />unanimously carried to adopt the items on the CONSENT CALENDAR, namely: <br />1. Approval of Minutes: December 19, 1974 (Regular Meeting) <br />2. Approval of Warrants: $21,046.20 <br />3. Motions for Adoption: <br />a) Motion approving contract with Spartan Industrial Security for <br />Patrol Service - Resolution #744. <br />4. Resolutions for Adoption: <br />a) Resolution #743 approving consolidation of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills General Municipal Election with the Annual Governing <br />Board Member Election and Special Revenue Limit Increase <br />Election -to be held in the Palo Alto Unified School District <br />on March 5, 1974. <br />b) Resolution #746 approving agreement accepting Bond and <br />authorizing recordation of Final Map, Barton Subdivision <br />(formerly Rockwell), Tract #5470 located on Fremont Road near <br />Robleda. <br />C. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Mr. and Mrs John Parker, Almaden Court: <br />At the invitation of the City Council, Mr. and Mrs. Parker were asked to <br />attend the meeting because of a letter they submitted regarding alleged <br />problems they had in trying to build their home in the Town. After <br />hearing Mr. Parker and City Manager Mr. Bruce Lawson, it was the consensus <br />of Council opinion that the Municipal Code should be studied by Staff, <br />who would come back to Council with recommendations as to possible <br />revisions to alleviate undue hardships and restrictions on those home- <br />
