Helgesson called the Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order in the Council Chambers of Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, at 7:45 PM: <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Grabowski, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, <br />Mayor Helgesson, and Commissioner Young for the Planning Commission. <br />Staff: City Manager Bruce Lawson, City Attorney Frank Gillio, City <br />Engineer Alex Russell, Deputy City Clerk Norma Hislop <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />`, Councilman Grabowski moved, seconded by Councilwoman Miller and <br />unanimously carried to accept the items on the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, namely: <br />1. Approval of Minutes: February 20, 1974 (Regular Meeting) <br />2. Approval of Warrants: $8,082.95 <br />C. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />1. Mrs. M. Saviano, 12620 Corte Madera Lane: <br />Reminded Council that a Master Path and Horse Path Plan had been approved <br />several years ago, when all aspects of the plan had been covered and <br />studied. Mayor Helgesson commented that this Plan would be valuable <br />to the Staff and should be referred to when the Path Element of the <br />General Plan was undertaken. <br />2. Mr. D. Spencer Sherlock Road: <br />Stated he had received a memo from the Hillside Committee, and was <br />concerned that the County Planning Office appeared to be acting on <br />matters within the Town's Sphere of Influence without prior notice to <br />the Town. Council directed Staff to notify County on behalf of Council <br />regarding this matter. <br />%W <br />
