1+, TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING <br />June 12, 1974 <br />CC: Reel 64, Side 1, Tr. 1 - 001 - <br />Mayor Stanley Grabowski called the adjourned meeting of the City Council <br />to order at 4:00 P.M. in the Multipurpose Room of Fremont Hills School, <br />26800 Ortega Drive, Los Altos Hills: <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, <br />Mayor Grabowski <br />Staff: City Attorney Frank Gillio, Acting City Manaqer Alex Russell, <br />Deputy City Clerk Norma Hislop. <br />Mayor Grabowski announced that a scheduled meeting between the City Council <br />and the Santa Clara County Assessor planned for Tuesday, June 18, 1974 at <br />3:00 P.M. would be considered an Adjourned Meeting. He said that the Acting <br />`. City Manager was attempting to schedule a school bus if those attending the <br />meeting so desired. <br />1. Executive Session: <br />The Council and City Attorney retired to Executive Session, and returned <br />at 4:55 P.M. to continue the order of business. <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />1. Motions for Adoption: <br />a) Motion to adopt Revised Order of Business. <br />The Mayor stated that the revised order of business had been in- <br />formally approved by Council at their last meeting, but he thought <br />a motion should be in order since this is part of the Municipal <br />Code, which could be changed by majority Council vote. <br />The Mayor also stated that under the revised order, ROLL CALL, <br />SPECIAL ORDERS, and ADJOURNMENT times would be exact, and not <br />approximate. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Councilwoman Miller and unanimously approved to adopt the revised order of <br />business. <br />
